1. Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes. Order online and pick it up from any of our four Auckland stores: Papakura, Pukekohe, Papatoetoe or Mt Wellington.

2. Can I return a product if I change my mind?

You've got 10 days from delivery, as long as the product's still sealed and goes back to us by courier in its original packaging. Once that seal's broken, we can't take it back. That's standard across the supplements industry for hygiene reasons, not just an Infinity thing.

3. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, use your local post office's street address instead, and you can pick it up from the counter there.

4. Are your products genuine?

Yes. Everything we sell is authentic stock from real brands like Optimum Nutrition, BSN and Faction Labs. No counterfeits, no repackaging.

5. Can I shop in person instead of online?

Of course. Drop into any of our four Auckland stores. Hours vary by location, so check Our Stores for details.
